Based in New York City, Oliver Divone has spent years recording and performing with countless independent artists in the Northeast United States. His most recent collaborative release, “I can see the lines between the stars,” and a number of other releases for bands such as Julia Julian, Loner Spring and Mia Alma, as both a producer, engineer, songwriter and performer, have been featured in Bandcamp’s New and Notable, and several other indie music blogs for accolades including “Best of the Year.”

Recent work includes working on Zhang Peili's audiable mattress piece at Frieze NYC, and engineering and editing Liz Philips at the Neuberger Art Museum featuring sculpture by Harry Bertoia and Francois Baschet.

Along with recording, arranging and producing for other musicians, Divone is an experienced composer, has made music for commercial houses like BUTTER Music and Sound NYC, and Headline Sound, and has worked on commercial music for a number of high profile clients and companies, including Comcast, Geico, and JP Morgan Chase. He also spends a lot of time recording music in the studio, and has released a trio of albums and EPs in the past year under his own name. Divone consistently is performing at venues around the New York and Tri State area, and has played in most major cities on the east coast.

As well as completing a Music Production degree at Purchase College, Divone is currently working with NYC band Moody Booty, mixing and mastering their much anticipated follow up to the acclaimed 2017 release “The Herx.” He will be touring as a bassist with indie pop band Loner Spring in the late spring, and will be recording and mixing for alternative rock band A Soft Cat, Tall Elephant through the Summer.
